Technology company PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk (RUNS), through its Accounting+ product, has officially been appointed by the Ministry of Cooperatives as a technology provider to support the operations of 80,000 Red and White Village/Subdistrict Cooperatives (Kopdes Merah Putih).

The company’s participation in the Kopdes Merah Putih technology ecosystem aligns with its strategy to strengthen recurring revenue, which is a key focus for the company in 2026.

The appointment refers to the Notification Letter of the Ministry of Cooperatives of the Republic of Indonesia Number B-89/D.1.KOP/PK.00.00/2026 dated March 5, 2026. The selection of digital partners is part of the government’s effort to accelerate the implementation of the Koperasi Merah Putih program while also enhancing cooperative governance and transparency through the adoption and integration of digital technology.

The Kopdes Merah Putih program itself is one of the national strategic initiatives introduced by President Prabowo Subianto to strengthen rural economies through the development of modern cooperatives that are professional, transparent, and digitally integrated.

The government aims to establish 80,000 new cooperatives across villages and subdistricts throughout Indonesia, which are expected to serve as key drivers of local economic growth.

The Kopdes Merah Putih program is also supported by the regulatory framework under Regulation of the Ministry of Cooperatives of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2024 concerning the Development and Strengthening of Cooperatives, which emphasizes the importance of transparent, accountable, digitized, and nationally coordinated cooperative governance.
