Entering September 2025, three listed companies have already announced plans to distribute interim dividends from their current year’s earnings, while one other company intends to pay cash dividends from its 2024 profit.
The four issuers are PT Indonesia Fibreboard Industry (IFII), PT Trisula International Tbk (TRIS), PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Tbk (MTWI), and PT Sumi Indo Kabel Tbk (IKBI).

According to its disclosure, IFII will distribute interim dividends worth IDR 56.47 billion, taken from its net income up to June 30, 2025. This is equivalent to IDR 6 per share.

The next issuer, TRIS, will also pay interim dividends from its earnings in the first half of 2025. The dividend amounts to IDR 7 billion, or IDR 2.27 per share.
By the first half of 2025, TRIS posted solid results. Revenue increased 10% yoy to IDR 767.86 billion, while net profit grew 20% yoy to IDR 51.58 billion, with all business segments contributing positively. This performance was mainly supported by export markets, which contributed 57% of total sales.

MTWI announced an interim dividend distribution from its first-half 2025 profit amounting to IDR 8 billion or IDR 2.73 per share.
For the first six months of 2025, the company recorded significant profit growth of 36% yoy, increasing from IDR 36.12 billion to IDR 49.13 billion.

Finally, IKBI, also known as Sumi Indo Kabel (part of the Suminto Electric Group), will distribute cash dividends worth US$ 2.09 million or around IDR 33.89 billion from the fiscal year 2024 that ended on March 31, 2025.
Every shareholder recorded by September 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM WIB is entitled to receive a dividend of IDR 27.69 per share.
As of Q1/2025, IKBI posted a net profit of US$ 5.72 million, while its unrestricted retained earnings stood at US$ 24.94 million. From its 2024 earnings, US$ 100,000 was allocated to mandatory reserves, and US$ 3.45 million was booked as retained earnings.
