PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) has officially launched the MyMRTJ application at an event held at Bundaran HI Station. The event was attended by the Board of Directors of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) and MRT Jakarta partners who provide integrated products and services within the MyMRTJ application.
"Since its initial launch in April 2019, PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) has continuously improved and updated features based on the needs of the community. Starting with providing train schedule information, the application has now evolved with features supporting urban lifestyles, such as onboard entertainment (watching TV, movies, podcasts, radio, games, etc.), as well as banking services and housing information in TOD areas," said Tuhiyat, CEO of PT MRT Jakarta, on Thursday (9/11).
He further stated that they will continue to offer a variety of value-added services for MRT Jakarta customers, ensuring that every user of MRT Jakarta services can enjoy an increasingly pleasant mobility experience within the MRT Jakarta ecosystem.
The MyMRTJ application boasts several outstanding features, including ticket purchase and promotions using QR codes, travel schedules, station maps, Marti points, tenant information at stations, discount vouchers, feeder promotions, and urban lifestyle features such as discounts on travel services, mall store products, restaurants, gyms, cinemas, hotels, and more around MRT Jakarta stations.
Furthermore, information and ticket bookings for events and entry to tourist areas can be done through the application, which can be downloaded from the App Store and Play Store.
Dian Paskalis, Director of Cove Indonesia, added that the MyMRTJ application greatly facilitates users in finding housing around MRT, such as Cove in South Jakarta. "We see around 300,000 visitors interacting to find Cove housing every month through this application. This indicates a significant similarity in the Cove and MRT market segments, namely urban communities who are highly concerned about productivity and lifestyle. We hope that the newly launched features and integrated technology will provide even more convenience for MyMRTJ users in the future," he said.
Meanwhile, Niken Sasmaya, Chief Business Officer of Noice, expressed joy in being one of the entertainment partners in the MyMRTJ application. "Various podcast content on Noice from various genres, ranging from comedy, horror, entertainment to religious content, can be a companion in the hands of MRT users to make their journeys more enjoyable and exciting," said Niken.
