The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed at 5,030 on Thursday, November 5, 2026, up 2.25%. The rebound offered some relief, but analysts cited by CNN Indonesia said Friday’s session could remain volatile and a further pullback was still possible.
Herditya Wicaksana of MNC Sekuritas sees room for the index to test 4,763–4,807. He identifies 4,847 and 4,763 as support levels, with resistance at 5,143 and 5,247. His technical view still allows for a move toward 5,143, while leaving downside risk in place.
Herditya listed ARCI, BIPI, BREN, and INDY among stocks to watch. Ivan Rosanova of Binaartha Sekuritas considers 4,876 a key threshold: holding above it could leave room for a move toward 5,143, while a break below could extend the decline toward 4,737. His watchlist included GOTO, ICBP, ISAT, and MDKA.
