DIGIVESTASI - Three investors are ready to inject Rp 79.06 billion into PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk (IDX: PMMP), a seafood processing company. This includes three potential investors who acquired 235.3 million new shares issued by Panca Mitra Multiperdana through a capital increase without pre-emptive rights (PMTHMED) or private placement on January 11, 2024.

Specifically, PT Udang Investama Kapital bought 100 million shares issued by the private placement at Rp336 per share or equivalent to Rp33.6 billion. This step will be taken by the Chairman of PT Berkat Anugrah by purchasing 100 million new shares at a price of IDR 336 per share.

Therefore this investor also pays IDR 33.6 billion. Similarly, PT Kalbut Indah Makmur acquired 35.3 million new PMMP shares at Rp 336/share. As a result, the new investor paid Rp 11,860,800,000 to the shrimp processing company.

The capital from the new investors' deposits is expected to be used for working capital such as the purchase of shrimp raw materials and additional raw materials for the company's production activities. As a result, their shares in Panca Mitra Multiperdanan were diluted. For example, PT Tiga Makin Jaya's ownership percentage dropped to 39.09% from PMMP's 43%.

Similarly, Soesilo Soebardjo's stake dropped to 22.41% from its current ownership of 24.65%. Martinus Soesilo's ownership ratio also decreased from 8.5% to 7.73%. Similarly, the ownership ratio in PT Harapan Bangsa Kita owned by President Joko Widodo's son, Kaesang Pangarep, also decreased from 8% to 7.27%.
