1. PT Merpati Nusantara Airline (Persero)
President Jokowi dissolved Merpati Nusantara Airlines on February 20, 2023. The state-owned enterprise, which was established on September 6, 1962, has been inactive since 2014. Government Regulation (PP) Number 8 of 2023 concerning the dissolution of PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines explains the legal reasons underlying the dissolution of the state-owned airline.
"PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines (Persero) Limited Liability Company, established under Government Regulation No. 70 of 1971 concerning the Transfer of State Company (P.N.) 2. PT Kertas Leces (Persero)

3.PT Istaka Karya (Persero)
This state-owned construction company was established in 1979 under the original name of the Indonesian Construction Industry Association (PT ICCI). Unfortunately, Istaka Karya was dissolved on March 17, 2023. President Jokowi signed PP Number 13 of 2023 concerning the Dissolution of PT Istaka Karya (Persero) Company. The reason is that the company went bankrupt based on the decision of the Central Jakarta District Court in July 2022.
"All remaining assets from the liquidation of the Company (Persero) PT Istaka Karya as referred to in Article 2 are deposited into the state treasury," Article 4 of the regulation explains. The dissolution of Istaka Karya including liquidation is carried out no later than 5 years. The process begins when the company is declared bankrupt.
4. PT Industri Sandang Nusantara (Persero)
The dissolution of ISN coincided with Istaka Karya. This decision is contained in Government Regulation Number 14 of 2023 concerning the Dissolution of PT Industri Sandang Nusantara (Persero). Established in 1961, ISN was expected to fulfill Indonesia's clothing needs by focusing on domestic yarn and textile production. 7. PT Pembiayaan Armada Niaga Nasional (Persero)

Furthermore, President Jokowi signed a regulation on the dissolution of PANN through Presidential Decree Number 25 of 2022 related to the Government Regulation Development Program for 2023. "The regulation regarding the dissolution of the Company (Persero) PT National Fleet Development Company by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the Minister of Finance is in accordance with their authority based on the provisions of laws and regulations," the regulation reads.
The company was originally established in 1974 to implement a national investment program in merchant ships. Although PANN is also engaged in the hospitality sector, Minister of Foreign Affairs Erick Thohir believes that the company is not focused on its business.
