GoTo reported net profit attributable to owners of the parent of Rp1.16 trillion for January–September 2026. A year earlier, it had posted a loss of Rp775.55 billion. The turnaround came alongside higher net revenue and a return to operating profit.

Net revenue for the first nine months reached Rp16.55 trillion, up 24.5% from Rp13.30 trillion in the comparable period. Delivery contributed Rp4.73 trillion, an increase of 11.39% from Rp4.25 trillion. Service-fee revenue reached Rp4.60 trillion, rising about 11% from Rp4.15 trillion.

## Revenue streams

Income from lending services rose 59% to Rp4.25 trillion from Rp2.68 trillion. Service fees from Tokopedia and TikTok Shop totaled Rp786.18 billion, up 25% from Rp627.82 billion. GoTo also recorded Rp360.36 billion in advertising revenue and Rp1.82 trillion in other revenue, as reported by Bisnis.com.

On the cost side, product development expenses declined 1.9% to Rp1.54 trillion. Operating profit reached Rp1.13 trillion, compared with an operating loss of Rp222.37 billion in the first nine months of the previous year.

Net profit attributable to owners was Rp257.94 billion in the first quarter and Rp349.55 billion in the second quarter. That brought first-half profit to Rp607.49 billion; the nine-month result also includes the third-quarter performance.

## How to read the result

The figures show an improvement over the reporting period, but they do not by themselves establish whether profitability will be sustained. Revenue growth, the mix across business lines, operating costs and results in subsequent quarters remain relevant to watch. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
