DIGIVESTASI - PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk (VENTENY) (IDX: VTNY) managed to record total revenue growth of Rp 100 billion in the third quarter of this year, or an increase of 125 percent compared to the third quarter of 2022 (year on year).

In line with this positive thing, the company also managed to record an increase in profit of Rp 6.7 billion, growing by 57 percent from the same period the previous year (yoy).

In a press statement on Wednesday (13/12), VENTENY's Founder and Group CEO, Jun Waide, revealed that there were a number of factors that gave impetus to this achievement. "The main supporting factor in the company's performance growth is business-to-business (B2B) financial services revenue, which accounts for 59 percent of total revenue.

VENTENY has also successfully channeled Rp 1 trillion worth of active funding from January to September 2023," Jun Waide explained. According to Jun Waide, this achievement confirms VENTENY's position as a trusted partner for businesses and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in meeting the company's financial needs.

"This achievement is a tangible manifestation of our commitment in filling the financing gap that occurs in Indonesia and responding to changing market demands. We consistently innovate in improving integrated financial services and providing efficient holistic financial solutions for customers and business partners," Jun said.

Meanwhile, the VENTENY Employee Super App successfully contributed 41 percent of the company's total revenue. The service only contributed 9 percent in the same period in the previous year (yoy).
This also signifies the success of the VENTENY Employee Super App in providing solutions to improve employee welfare by meeting the needs of employees of partner companies.

"VENTENY's success until the third quarter of this year cannot be separated from the support and trust that has been given. We believe that innovation and collaboration have a strategic role in creating a sustainable ecosystem and providing added value for all parties involved," Jun continued.

Another effort made by VENTENY to support the development of MSMEs in Indonesia is by consolidating the business of PT Lampung Berkah Finansial Teknologi (Lahan Sikam).

VENTENY has now received legal approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).  "This strategic step is part of our business activities to strengthen financial inclusion, especially by expanding access to financial services for various segments of society," said Jun.

Lahan Sikam is the first peer-to-peer (P2P) lending company outside Java and currently has an extensive network on the island of Sumatra. Lahan Sikam currently distributes productive funds to thousands of MSMEs in the plantation, agriculture, fisheries and livestock sectors, especially in the Lampung region.

VENTENY invests 51% in Sikam Land. As a super lender, VENTENY provides opportunities for Indonesian MSMEs to obtain productive and growing loans to support their business operations and development.  "We are committed to continue providing access to smart and strategic financial management to support the advancement of MSMEs towards the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045," Jun concluded.
