BP Tapera reported that 185,333 units had been financed under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) as of October 20, 2026. Disbursement totaled Rp23.09 trillion, or 52.95% of the 350,000-unit target for 2026. This reflects reported progress up to that date and does not guarantee that a quota remains available in every area.

FLPP is designed to help lower-income households access home financing. Before applying, prospective buyers should check income eligibility, home-ownership status, required documents, location and building quality, and whether monthly payments are sustainable. Approval remains subject to the lender’s process and rules.

Calculate costs beyond the mortgage

The home price is not the only expense. Ask about administration fees, insurance, any down payment, utilities, taxes, and neighborhood charges. Compare commuting time, transport, public facilities, and likely maintenance costs. Avoid paying an intermediary without documentation and official channels.
