Shares of property developer PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), jointly owned by Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group and also known as PIK2, surged by 7.35% to close at Rp14,600 during trading on Monday, July 14, 2025.

Throughout the session, a total of 25.17 million PANI shares were traded across 20,168 transactions, with the total transaction value reaching Rp359.43 billion.

PANI shares attracted considerable buying interest, particularly from foreign investors who posted a net buy of Rp21.8 billion.

Over the past week, the stock has recorded an impressive gain of 27.79%.

Meanwhile, BRI Danareksa Sekuritas stated that PANI shares have mostly moved sideways since the beginning of the year. However, they noted a potential trend reversal as the stock recently broke through its resistance level of 14,000.

“The nearest upside target is at 15,450, with further potential to reach 16,500,” BRI Danareksa Sekuritas wrote in their research report Sapa Mentari, published on Tuesday (July 15, 2025).

PANI Shareholders Report

In addition, PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua (PANI/PIK2) released its monthly shareholder report for the period ending June 30, 2025. PT Multi Artha Pratama remains the dominant shareholder, controlling 89.92% — nearly 90% — of PANI’s total shares.

Multi Artha Pratama is a corporate entity jointly owned by Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group.

According to the report, domestic public investors holding less than 5% — mostly individual retail investors — own just 3.68% of PANI shares. Meanwhile, foreign investors with ownership below 5% hold 6.41% of the shares.

Overall, the number of PANI shareholders decreased to 42,552 investors by the end of June 2025, down from 48,288 in the previous month. The majority of these are retail investors.
