Bank Rakyat Indonesia Announces Rp209 Dividend-Key Dates Investors Must Know

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBRI) will distribute dividends to its shareholders totaling Rp52.10 trillion from its 2025 net profit, equivalent to Rp346 per share. This decision has been approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

 

In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Tuesday (April 14, 2026), the management stated that the total amount includes the interim dividend previously paid on January 15, 2026, amounting to Rp20,632,254,718,348.00 or Rp137 per share.

 

Therefore, the remaining cash dividend to be distributed to shareholders amounts to Rp31,470,159,890,136.00 or Rp209 per share.

 

The dividend distribution schedule is as follows:

End of cum dividend period:

  • Regular and negotiated markets: April 20, 2026
  • Cash market: April 22, 2026

Start of ex dividend period:

  • Regular and negotiated markets: April 21, 2026
  • Cash market: April 23, 2026

Recording date (eligible shareholders list): April 22, 2026
Dividend payment date: May 8, 2026

 

Cash dividends will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Shareholders Register and/or those holding shares in sub-accounts at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) at the close of trading on April 22, 2026.

 

For shareholders whose shares are held in KSEI’s collective custody, dividend payments will be processed through KSEI and credited to their Customer Fund Accounts (RDN) at securities companies and/or custodian banks on May 8, 2026.
