The conglomerate firm owned by Lim Hariyanto Wijaya Sarwono, PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA), is set to distribute dividends for the 2024 fiscal year totaling Rp 1.29 trillion, equivalent to Rp 328 per share.

The cum dividend date on both the regular and negotiated markets is scheduled for Monday, May 26, 2025. The cum dividend date is the final day investors can purchase shares and still be entitled to receive dividends from the company.

As of Friday, May 23, 2025, Cita Mineral Investindo's share price declined by 2.44%, closing at Rp 4,390. However, over the past month, the stock has surged by 40.26%.

Assuming the share price on that Friday, the estimated dividend yield from Cita Mineral would be approximately 7.47%.

Dividend Payment Details:

The list of shareholders eligible to receive the dividend from Cita Mineral Investindo (CITA) will be determined on May 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM Western Indonesian Time. The dividend payment itself is scheduled to be distributed on June 16, 2025.

The company reported a net profit of Rp 2.4 trillion for the 2024 fiscal year. The dividend announced for this period marks the largest payout in the company’s history over the past six years.
