The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed lower by 0.43% at 8,508.71 during Friday’s trading session (November 28).
Several stocks contributed the most to the index’s positive performance, such as DSSA (+2.33%), CUAN (+3.88%), and BYAN (+1.29%). Meanwhile, DCII (-6.15%), AMMN (-5.04%), and BBRI (-1.6%) were the biggest drags on the index.

Foreign investors recorded a net sell of Rp912.51 billion in the regular market, with total net selling across all markets reaching Rp1.02 trillion.

On a sectoral basis, 5 out of 11 sectors finished in negative territory. The energy sector led the gains (+1.25%), while technology experienced the steepest decline (-2.60%).

The outflow of foreign funds from the JCI is believed to be linked to the rise in SRBI yields by 21.8 basis points to 4.95% over the past week, which affects investment calculations for international market participants.

Sinergi Inti Andalan Utama (INET) reported a net profit of Rp19.37 billion for 9M25, soaring 819% year-on-year. Total revenue also jumped 194% to Rp68.60 billion from Rp23.28 billion in the same period last year, primarily driven by a surge in internet service revenue that reached Rp67.15 billion.

Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR), through Bakrie Toll Indonesia (BTI), has completed the acquisition of Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT) by purchasing 72 million shares—equivalent to 90% ownership—worth Rp1 trillion.

Of that amount, 35% of shares were previously owned by Waskita Toll Road and 55% by Sarana Multi Infrastruktur. BTI also assumed WTR and SMI’s receivables toward CCT totaling Rp2.56 trillion.

This corporate action received a positive response from the market, reflected in the technical upward movement of the stock price, which is approaching the resistance area at Rp61.
