DIGIVESTASI - At the close of the first trading session on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (4/9/2024) afternoon, the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) recorded a gain of 0.48% or up 36.548 basis points to 7,653,069.

JCI moved volatile with a range of movement between the level of 7,546 as the lower limit and 7,670 as the upper limit, after opening at 7,616 in the morning.

There were 229 stocks that gained, while 338 stocks decreased, and the rest were stagnant.

The stocks that recorded the largest transaction value included BBRI, BREN, and BMRI.

Several sectoral indices experienced changes, with IDXENERGY up 0.14%, IDXBASIC down 0.42%, IDXINDUST up 0.21%, IDXCYCLIC up 1.66%, IDXNONCYC down 0.46%, IDXHEALTH up 1.03%, IDXFINANCE up 0.60%, IDXPROPERT up 1.01%, IDXTECHNO down 0.38%, IDXINFRA up 1.39%, and IDXTRANS down 0.49%.

On the other hand, the LQ45 Index fell -0.06% to 941.736, while the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) fell -0.13% to 517.272.

The IDX30 Index was also recorded down -0.10% to 477.755, while the MNC36 Index was observed down -0.14% to 362.162.
