A customer of PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas reported losing Rp71 billion from his Customer Fund Account (RDN). In response, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is currently investigating the matter.
Kristian Manullang, the IDX Director of Transaction Supervision and Compliance, stated that they have received the report regarding the missing funds. At present, the IDX and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) are examining the cause of the disappearance.

“We have conducted an analysis of the case from both the transaction aspect and securities mutations. We are coordinating within the SRO and with OJK,” Kristian said in a written statement quoted on Thursday (December 4, 2025).

Kristian added that the IDX continues to guide exchange members (AB) on managing their cybersecurity systems, ensuring that the cybersecurity infrastructure used by AB remains reliable.

“We consistently provide guidance to AB on IT governance, ensuring they have tested the reliability of their IT systems, performed penetration tests, and received support to strengthen their IT security,” he continued.

Previously, the OJK Chief Executive of Capital Market, Derivatives Finance, and Carbon Exchange Supervision, Inarno Djajadi, also stated that the case is still under review. However, based on the reports he received, the incident is unrelated to the RDN.

Inarno explained that the customer claimed to have lost funds after his blue-chip stocks were sold without his knowledge, and the proceeds were then used to purchase non-blue-chip stocks.

“The investor said that his blue-chip shares were sold without his knowledge and that the funds were used to buy non-blue-chip shares. We are currently investigating this,” Inarno said during a Working Meeting with OJK and IDX at the Parliament Building, Senayan, Jakarta, on Wednesday (December 3, 2025).
