Property and industrial estate developer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (SSIA) has announced its plan to distribute cash dividends for the 2024 fiscal year amounting to Rp70.58 billion, which equals Rp15 per share. SSIA’s Corporate Secretary, Yulean, stated that this dividend payout aligns with the resolutions made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 13, 2025. During the meeting, it was agreed that the total dividend to be distributed is Rp70.57 billion, which represents approximately 30.14% of the company's net profit for the 2024 fiscal year.

"The company has announced its plan to distribute a cash dividend for the 2024 fiscal year, with a maximum amount of Rp70.57 billion or Rp15 per share," Yulean disclosed in the public announcement on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

The detailed schedule for SSIA’s dividend distribution is as follows: the last trading day with dividend rights (cum dividend) in the regular and negotiated markets will be on June 23, 2025, followed by the ex-dividend date in those markets on June 24, 2025. In the cash market, the cum dividend date will be June 25, 2025, and the ex-dividend date will fall on June 26, 2025. The recording date for determining eligible shareholders is also June 25, 2025. SSIA’s cash dividend payment is scheduled for July 17, 2025.

Yulean further mentioned that the dividend payment procedures and schedule have been coordinated with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and the company’s appointed Securities Administration Bureau. The company also assured that this dividend distribution will not affect SSIA’s business continuity.

For context, SSIA recorded a net profit of Rp234.22 billion for the year 2024. Additionally, the company holds unrestricted retained earnings of Rp3.12 trillion and reported total equity of Rp7.99 trillion as of the end of December 2024.

SSIA to Allocate Rp3.6 Trillion in Capital Expenditures

According to a previous report by Bisnis, PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (SSIA) has revealed that it will allocate Rp3.6 trillion in capital expenditure (capex) for the 2025 fiscal year. Most of the budget will be focused on accelerating the development of the Subang Smartpolitan industrial estate and the renovation of Hotel Melia Bali.

SSIA’s VP of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Erlin Budiman, detailed that out of the total capex, approximately Rp2.4 trillion will be allocated for industrial estate development, and Rp1.1 trillion will be directed toward the renovation of Hotel Melia Bali.

“The remaining funds will be allocated to support the needs of other business entities,” Erlin stated during a media interview in South Jakarta on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

Erlin also explained that about 30% of the industrial estate capex will be used for land acquisition, while the remainder will be allocated to land development. He noted that this composition reflects a shift from the previous year’s budget, which was more evenly divided between land acquisition and construction.

“The development of Subang needs to be expedited. Of the total Rp2.4 trillion capex this year, around 30% will go to land acquisition, and the larger portion will be used for land development,” Erlin concluded.
