PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) has announced the distribution of an Interim Dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The interim dividend to be paid amounts to Rp 87 per share.
According to the IDX disclosure on Friday (December 5, 2025), the total interim dividend to be distributed by the company is Rp 3.304 trillion, sourced from a portion of UNVR’s net profit for the period ending September 30, 2025.
The decision was approved during the Board of Directors meeting on December 4, 2025. The detailed schedule is as follows:

Shareholders recorded in the Company’s Shareholder Register (DPS) as of December 16, 2025 at 16:00 WIB are entitled to receive the Interim Dividend.
UNVR’s Corporate Secretary, Padwestiana Kristanti, emphasized that the dividend payment adheres to Article 26 paragraph 4 of the Company’s Articles of Association, as well as Articles 70, 71, and 72 of Law No. 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies, along with other applicable regulations.
UNVR booked a net profit of Rp 3.33 trillion for the first nine months of 2025, an increase of around 10.8% from Rp 3.01 trillion in the same period last year. According to the interim financial report released through the IDX on Thursday (October 23, 2025), net revenue reached Rp 27.61 trillion, slightly rising from Rp 27.42 trillion in 2024. Gross profit also improved to Rp 13.39 trillion from Rp 13.28 trillion.
Domestic sales remained dominant, reaching Rp 26.78 trillion up to September 2025, compared to Rp 26.63 trillion previously. Export sales amounted to Rp 827.38 billion, up from Rp 785.7 billion.
In terms of profitability, UNVR’s EBITDA increased to Rp 5.13 trillion from Rp 4.58 trillion in the same period last year.
Operating cash flow rose to Rp 3.21 trillion from Rp 2.83 trillion, while total assets stood at Rp 17.49 trillion with equity reaching Rp 3.35 trillion.
During the same period, Unilever distributed its final dividend for the 2024 fiscal year at Rp 47 per share (totaling Rp 1.79 trillion) and executed a treasury stock buyback worth Rp 285 billion.
Unilever Indonesia’s President Director, Benjie Yap, stated that the company’s third-quarter performance signals meaningful progress in its business recovery. “We are beginning to see the positive impact of the structural changes and disciplined actions we have undertaken over the past year,” he said.
