Several listed companies, including PT Blue Bird Tbk. (BIRD) and PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. (ICBP), have announced their dividend distribution schedules, with cum dates set for next week. Salim Group’s ICBP, for instance, approved a dividend distribution of Rp2.91 trillion or Rp250 per share during its recent Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). In conjunction with this dividend decision, ICBP’s President Director and CEO, Anthoni Salim, expressed his gratitude for the support received by the company. “I deeply value the trust and support from our customers, business partners, and shareholders, who serve as the foundation of our continued success,” he said in an official statement.
PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. (INDF) also approved a dividend of Rp2.45 trillion or Rp280 per share at its AGMS. Another Salim Group company, PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. (LSIP), decided to distribute dividends worth Rp443.29 billion or Rp65 per share.
Taxi operator PT Blue Bird Tbk. (BIRD) will distribute dividends for the 2024 fiscal year amounting to Rp300.25 billion or Rp120 per share. “The AGMS has approved dividends of Rp120 per share,” said President Director Adrianto Djokosoetono at a recent press conference. PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk. (ASSA) approved Rp110.73 billion or Rp30 per share in dividends. PT Delta Djakarta Tbk. (DLTA) will distribute Rp137.71 billion or Rp172 per share. PT Intanwijaya Internasional Tbk. (INCI) approved dividends of Rp7.26 billion or Rp35 per share. PT MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia Tbk. (LIFE) approved Rp336 billion or Rp160 per share. Meanwhile, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. (SMCB) set dividends at Rp372.54 billion or Rp41.3 per share.
These companies have all scheduled their dividend distributions, most of them with cum dates falling next week. Cum date, short for cumulative date, determines who qualifies for dividends—investors must purchase shares before this date to receive them. For example, BIRD and LSIP have their cum dates on Monday, June 30, 2025, while INDF and ICBP follow on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. ASSA and LIFE will hold theirs on Wednesday, July 3, 2025.
