DIGIVESTASI - Preman Pensiun artist Epy Kusnandar had complained about not working enough before being arrested by the police for drug abuse. 
The actor Mushinjau or Kang Soo in the soap opera “Preman Pensiun” was arrested by West Jakarta Metro Police on Friday (October 5, 2024). 

In addition to Kang Soo, the police also arrested a fellow soap opera player ``Preman Pensiun'' who is also known by the initials RYH alias Yogi. The police confirmed that evidence was also seized during Kangmus' arrest. 
“EK (Eppy Kusnandar) was arrested with his former soap opera thug colleagues,” said West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombeth Shahdudi. Eppy Kusnandar and his colleagues are now undergoing intensive examination at the West Jakarta Police Headquarters. Therefore, the police did not clearly explain the time of the arrest and the evidence confiscated. 

Epy Preman Pensiun Had Complained of Lack of Job in Early 2024.

Before Eppy Kusnandar Preman Pensiun was revealed to be involved in a drug case, he was reported to have a brain tumor. Even Epi Preman Retirement had to switch to selling packaged rice because there was no work. In an interview conducted in January 2024 in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Epi admitted to helping his wife sell packaged rice.  Eppie did this to pay off his debt to his wife Karina Ranau. 

“To pay off my debt to my wife. When I was sick, I had to spend a lot of money,” said Epy Kusnandar. It is not without reason that Epi raised funds to buy a garden that was previously sold for medical purposes. “Now I collect again to make up for the lost garden. I have to do what I can. Now that shooting is no longer common, I have to do what I can,” Epi said. 

 “I know someone who started a small business, and the idea came from my wife because she has a talent for sales,” he said. Eppie said at the time, he only relied on his big name to help his wife sell packaged rice. 

“Actually I don't have any talent. All I have is just being famous. So I thought, 'Okay, let's promote my stall.' Finally I said, 'Come on, come on', and opened a breakfast stall,” said Epi.
