The allocation of pensions for DPR and senior state bodies is based on the 1980 Law on Financial/Administrative Rights of Leaders and Members of Senior/Senior State Bodies and Former Leaders of Senior/Senior State Bodies and Senior/Senior State Bodies (Law). regulated by. Former members of senior national bodies. 

The monthly basic pension amount is 1% of the basic pension for each month of employment, only if the basic pension amount is 6% or more and 75% or less of the basic pension.'' Law of December 1980. Pension payments are paid in full to the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) and the DPR, provided they are healthy. In case of death, the pension is stopped, but the pension continues to be paid to him/her, as long as there is no spouse. However, if the recipient is still alive, the value is reduced.

Based on the Minister of Finance's letter No. S-520/MK.02/2016 and the DPR Secretariat General's Circular Letter No. KU.00/9414/DPR RI/XII/2010, the current amount is: DPR members' pension payment is 60% of their basic salary. 
In addition, they will also receive a one-time pension (THT) of IDR 15 million. The pension benefits for DPR members are as follows: 

- Member of Parliament who is also the Speaker: IDR 3.02 million (60% of monthly salary of IDR 5.04 million) 

- Member of the House of Representatives who also serves as Deputy Speaker: IDR 2.77 million (60% of monthly base salary of IDR 4.62 million) 

- Members of Parliament who do not hold concurrent positions:  IDR 2.52 million (60% of monthly basic salary of IDR 4.2 million).
