According to the asset report on the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) State Officials Wealth Report (LHKPN) website, Ridwan Kamil has a total wealth of IDR 23.76 billion as of December 31, 2022.

His wealth primarily consists of assets in the form of land and buildings valued at IDR 19.44 billion, which includes 23 properties spread across Bandung (18), West Bandung (1), Gianyar (1), and South Jakarta (3). Fourteen of the properties are self-owned, while nine others were acquired through donations.

In addition, Ridwan Kamil owns motor vehicle assets worth IDR 488.70 million, including a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Jeep and several motorcycles such as a 2017 Royal Enfield Classic 500, a 2018 Honda Beat Matic, a 2019 Kawasaki W175, and a 2019 Honda CBR, all listed as self-owned.

He also has other movable assets valued at IDR 429.08 million, securities worth IDR 720 million, cash and cash equivalents of IDR 5.94 billion, and other assets amounting to IDR 213.29 million. Ridwan Kamil is also reported to have debts totaling IDR 3.47 billion.

The former Governor of West Java also serves as a commissioner at PT Urbane Indonesia, a planning, architecture, and design consulting firm he founded after completing his master's degree at the University of California, Berkeley. According to official company information, PT Urbane Indonesia was established in 2004 along with three partners: Achmad D. Tardiyana, Reza A. Nurtjahja, and Irvan P. Darwis. Today, Urbane has become one of the largest architecture firms in Indonesia, serving clients both domestically and internationally.
