Several analysts expect the Indonesia Composite Index (IHSG) to continue its upward movement in today’s trading session on Tuesday (April 14, 2026), while also providing top stock recommendations. The IHSG closed higher on Monday (April 13, 2026), supported by gains in stocks linked to Prajogo Pangestu such as PTRO, BRPT, and CUAN.

Based on RTI Infokom data as of 4:00 PM WIB, the IHSG stood at 7,500.18, marking a 0.56% increase. Throughout the session, the index moved within a range of 7,351 to 7,527. A total of 397 stocks advanced, 264 declined, and 156 remained unchanged. Market capitalization was recorded at Rp13,364 trillion.

Shares of PT Petrosea Tbk. (PTRO) were the most actively traded, with transaction value reaching Rp1.3 trillion, and the stock closed up 11.63% at Rp6,000. Meanwhile, PT Barito Pacific Tbk. (BRPT) also saw high trading activity with Rp1 trillion in transactions, closing 14.36% higher at Rp2,190 per share.

The MNC Sekuritas analyst team estimates that the IHSG is currently in wave [iv] of wave A under the black label, or part of wave B of wave (2) under the red label. This indicates that the index still has room to strengthen toward the 7,592–7,856 range, while investors should be cautious of minor corrections around 7,390–7,443.

The IHSG is projected to move within support levels of 7,274 and 7,184, and resistance levels of 7,585 and 7,700.

MNC Sekuritas recommends a buy on weakness strategy for PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk. (INET) and PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. (JPFA), while suggesting a trading buy approach for PT Archi Indonesia Tbk. (ARCI) and PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk. (DSNG).
