DIGIVESTASI - PEFINDO assigned an idAAA rating to the Rp160.6 billion Shelf Registration Bond II Phase I Year 2023 Series A issued by PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) with a maturity date of January 2, 2025. 

“This rating is valid from September 20, 2024 to January 2, 2025,” PEFINDO said in a release on Tuesday (24/9).

IIF plans to pay off the bonds using internal funds. As of August 31, 2024, IIF had cash and cash equivalents and securities of Rp1.2 trillion, plus unused banking facilities of Rp3.9 trillion.

IIF, which was established on January 15, 2010, serves as a non-bank financial institution with a focus on investing in commercial infrastructure projects. The company applies international standards in social and environmental aspects to ensure the sustainability of infrastructure development in Indonesia.

IIF offers long-term financing, including senior loans, mezzanine, equity participation, as well as non-financing products such as advisory, guarantee, and other commission-based services.

As of June 30, 2024, IIF's shareholders consist of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (30.00%), International Finance Corporation (IFC, 19.99%), Asian Development Bank (ADB, 19.99%), Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (DEG, 15.12%), and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC, 14.90%).
