Swiss-based mining giant Glencore International Investment has once again reduced its stake in PT Trimegah Persada Persada (NCKL). According to disclosures published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (January 19, 2026), Glencore carried out a series of share sales totaling 224,479,472 shares through six transactions between January 6 and January 14, 2026.

The share transfers involving the Harita Group affiliate were facilitated by Citibank NA. The breakdown shows that Glencore sold 10 million shares on January 6, followed by 64,237,600 shares on January 8, divested 122,450,600 shares on January 9, and transferred another 49,372,900 shares on January 12.

Further sales took place on January 13 with 14,079,200 shares sold, and on January 14 with an additional 13,662,700 shares released. Following these transactions, Glencore’s ownership in Harita Nickel declined to approximately 4.25 billion shares, representing 6.74 percent of the company.

This marks a reduction of around 0.43 percentage points from its previous holding of 4.52 billion shares, equivalent to 7.17 percent. Meanwhile, Trimegah Persada’s shares rose by 10 points, or 0.71 percent, to Rp1,420 at the end of last week, up from Rp1,410 the previous day. Since the beginning of 2026, the stock has gained 255 points, or about 21.89 percent, from its early-year level of around Rp1,165 per share.
