PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk. (ISAT) reported net profit of Rp4.92 trillion in January–September 2026, up 37.2% year on year. Revenue rose 11.1% to Rp45.75 trillion. Bisnis.com reported operating profit increased 25.5% to Rp9.84 trillion, while pretax profit climbed 36.2% to Rp6.46 trillion.

Growth came from several lines. Cellular revenue reached Rp37.85 trillion, a 9.5% increase. MIDI (multimedia, data communication and internet) revenue rose 20.7% to Rp7.24 trillion. Fixed telecommunications contributed Rp656.2 billion, up 8.6%. Total expenses increased 7.8% to Rp35.91 trillion, less than revenue growth during the period.

On the balance sheet, assets stood at Rp147.64 trillion, up 24.5%. Liabilities reached Rp106.85 trillion, an increase of 35%, including short-term liabilities of Rp50.89 trillion, up 66.9%. Cash and cash equivalents were reported at Rp8.21 trillion. These figures should be assessed alongside cash flow, network investment needs, funding costs and debt maturities.

Profit growth does not automatically mean lower financial risk, particularly when liabilities also rise. Investors can review the full statements and capital-expenditure strategy rather than drawing conclusions from one reporting period alone.
